What do you like best about Spaceti?

The customer and technical support was excellent, always on point and consistently timely. The individuals who worked with us during implementation were great to work with and very helpful throughout the process. The UI/UX was user-friendly and solid overall. It also has integrations with Microsoft Outlook and Entra ID, which allows our scheduled meetings from Teams/Outlook to sync to SpaceTi and keeps SpaceTi synced with our Microsoft Entra ID. I also like that we can utilize a kiosk mode of SpaceTi on a device like a touchscreen TV in a lobby, where visitors or even staff members can easily book their spaces as well. What do you dislike about Spaceti?

Some features depend on additional hardware, such as sensors, that is not included in our package and must be purchased or developed separately. In one of our use cases, enabling our custom-made lockers to be booked and managed through SpaceTi would have required us to work with a local representative to design and implement a custom sensor solution compatible with our lockers. So, we were unable to take advantage of those features due to cost, despite their potential value and usefulness to our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to struggle with booking and managing workspaces in our office, especially with staff on hybrid working schedules. Now, with SpaceTi, we can book and manage both workspaces and meeting rooms, which makes it easy to see whether someone has booked a space, whether they have checked in to their booking, and even to control who can book which spaces.
