It is more complete than a simple note editor, it allows you to work collaboratively with others, to contribute ideas or group several important annotations such as what can be improved within a work environment or what I should do as tasks of a project that is pending. I like that it has a list creator, this is very useful and order it than just writing it in notes since I can establish order in how I want to do them and check to know when I do something from the list. I like that it doesn't have overwhelming tabs since its interface is very minimalist and even that anyone can use it without prior knowledge or training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To be a notes application, it should have an auto-corrector, such as being able to capitalize a word after each period that is placed in a sentence. There is a limitation with the files that I upload in the notes, this hurts when I want to work collaboratively and have to upload the files separately. For now, as a note and task manager, I think that Spaces has done it all as you don't need a lot of overwhelming features to hinder your workflow when you just want to take note of something important.
