What do you like best about SP Customer Service?

We get the customized application as per our requirements. Has full futured customer service, MS Office, SharePoint etc, has a full range of customer support software application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SP Customer Service?

Communication issues - cannot get an update, need to remind to get back to us ( Customer). They need to focus on customer care and provide them with timely replies. Need some proactivness from the agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SP Customer Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sharepoint & M office issues, It gives support for fixing bugs within the Sharepoint & MS office software. Yes mainly productive , and business have benefited because of some timely solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
