What I like best about Sovos is having one platform to manage sales and use tax compliance across multiple states and entities. The SAP integration helps reduce manual work by automating tax determination and reporting, while also giving us greater confidence in our tax calculations. I would like to see more training focused specifically on the SAP integration and troubleshooting. When an issue occurs, it can be difficult to determine whether the problem is coming from SAP, the integration, or Sovos.
