I definitely appreciate how Sova helps us build solid recruitment processes and provides good quality content. The high net promoter scores from candidates that complete the feedback survey are a testament to how well the platform is received. They have a strong, down-to-earth team that's friendly and efficient in customer success, making them great to do business with. I've been really pleased with the range of tests available, like the situational judgment tests, personality questionnaire, motivation questionnaire, prerecorded video interviews, and automating interview scheduling. All these features typically work quite well, and we’ve been generally happy with their performance. It’s great that Sova is integrated with SuccessFactors and includes language testing, fitting smoothly into our recruitment toolkit. I don't believe Sova is the Rolls Royce of assessment platforms. The technology sometimes could use improvements to make the platform more efficient for recruiters.
