What do you like best about Sova?

That it's very easy to learn how to use and getting so much reports to your liking or needs. It is easy to integrate with other tools, doesn't crash at all, and you can get all the products that available in the portal for just one credit. The support team always solves problems as soon as they heard about it. The scoring automation helps with eliminate the candidates without any labour by human. What do you dislike about Sova?

The analytics tab should be more in depth. For example one should filter the exact dates in the graphics section and should see the usage by graphics as well other than just excel reporting. Because the excel usage doesn't shows in progress or invited candidate number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sova solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to struggle with supporting customers because we had to send invites, pull reports from the system, and then send those reports back to the customer again. With sova’s easy interface, it now only takes about 30 minutes in an online meeting with our clients to introduce the portal and help them understand how to use it.
