What do you like best about Soutron Library And Information Management?

I appreciate the customizations that Soutron offers compared to its competitors. I was able to customize our portal layout, the way our records were displayed, and received training and assistance on how to set up templates for cataloging. I had a lot of assistance learning how to use the system, which I appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soutron Library And Information Management?

The downside to having a lot of customizations and options is that it can be difficult to learn how to do everything possible with the system. I get a lot of help setting up portal layouts, but there is a learning curve in figuring it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Soutron Library And Information Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our library didn't have a digital repository to display our visual collections. Since implementing Soutron, we have been able to start adding our large collection of photographic collections for future public use. There are also capabilities to do online exhibits and other possibilities. Being able to view our photographic collections online will benefit researchers. We are also planning on adding our campus publications in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
