What do you like best about SourceDay Platform?

All interactions between our customer and us as a large supplier is in one place even though it involves many individual people placing and handling transactions

Order documents and all notes are in one place and allows great traceability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SourceDay Platform?

There is currently a lot of Data entry in both our ERP system and making sure all the confirmations / shipment notes, etc are updated in Source day but we are workign on automating these tasks to make it more efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SourceDay Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

helping us monitor and track communications and transactions among several people at both companies as both supplier and Customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
