"Sorwe has made it easy to analyse people-data"

What do you like best about Sorwe?

With Sorwe, we now better understand how our workforce across various departments feel about the organisation and its goals. Their visual reporting makes it easier to analyse things quicker and take decisions accordingly.

Also, Sorwe has reduced the time it used to take us for launching a feedback survey across the organisation and then chasing our workforce to submit their replies. With Sorwe's mobile-first approach, our employees can easily submit their answers via the mobile app at their own convenient time :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sorwe?

There were certain secondary requirements that Sorwe didn't have but they were not that important. We have shared the feedback with the Sorwe team, who have planned to introduce them in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sorwe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sorwe is making the life of HR professionals easier by providing a platform/software that allows us to understand the Happiness Score of our organisation...that is how happy our employees are as it helps us (HR team) understand what new initiatives we can take to make the workplace culture better are.
