What do you like best about Sortment?

I really like how Sortment's AI is thorough and learns over time how our team works, making it very marketer-friendly with a quick ramp-up period. It makes it a delight to use and keeps the human in the loop, preventing any unintentional errors. The Slack integration is also quite useful, allowing the team to participate straight from Slack and handle complex queries with ease. Tasks and insights on the home feed keep everything top of mind, which is really helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, allowing us to go live in just two days. What problems is Sortment solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sortment's AI lets our 2-person team quickly execute campaign ideas and reduces the need for tech/data bandwidth by running analytics to validate hypotheses. We use Sortment to run product and lifecycle marketing for our merchant-side business. It powers onboarding, activation, cross-selling, and churn prevention communication flows, as well as utility messaging like billing. The best part is that everything starts with an idea, and Sortment is able to build whatever is needed by itself - saving important time and effort for all of us.
