What do you like best about Sophos MDR?

What I like most about Sophos MDR is its 24/7 proactive monitoring and rapid threat response. It gives me confidence that our environment is being continuously watched by security experts who can identify, investigate, and respond to potential threats before they turn into major incidents. What do you dislike about Sophos MDR?

One area where Sophos MDR could improve is the level of detail and clarity in its alerts and incident reports. At times, providing more technical context—along with clearer explanations of the investigation steps and remediation actions taken—would help our internal IT team better understand what happened and carry out any necessary follow-up. What problems is Sophos MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main benefit is that it gives our internal IT team additional security expertise and coverage without requiring us to constantly monitor every security alert ourselves. This reduces the operational workload on the IT team, improves our response to potential security incidents, and gives us greater confidence that our systems and users are being proactively protected.
