What do you like best about Sophos MDR?

It monitors for 24x7, it combines AI-driven detection with human analysts who validate and investigate threats and take response actions. Proactively hunts threats like ransomware, unusual outbound communications, compromised user credentials and many more. If a workstation is compromised, the MDR team can take action to contain the threat rather than waiting for your IT team to investigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sophos MDR?

It’s packed with excellent features, and it’s hard to find any real downsides. That said, the cost is one factor to consider, along with the occasional false positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sophos MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sophos MDR is helping us address our lack of 24×7 cybersecurity monitoring and specialized security resources. It delivers continuous threat detection, investigation, threat hunting, and response, which helps to reduce security alert fatigue, improve response times, catch more sophisticated attacks, and lower the risk of ransomware and business disruption.
