What do you like best about Sophos Endpoint?

What I like about Sophos Endpoint is that it mostly runs in the background without needing much attention. It's quite easy to use from an end-user perspective, and I don't really have to worry about manually running scans or checking for security updates. I also like that it provides protection without constantly interrupting my day-to-day work. For a tool that's mainly there to keep your device secure, that's pretty much what I'd expect. What do you dislike about Sophos Endpoint?

One thing I find a bit annoying is that it can sometimes use quite a bit of system resources, especially when running scans or updates. There isn't always much visibility into what's happening in the background either. Also, when something gets blocked or flagged, it's not always clear why, and you may need to reach out to IT to understand or resolve it. What problems is Sophos Endpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sophos Endpoint helps keep our work devices protected against malware and other security threats. Since I use my laptop for development and access different tools and systems throughout the day, having endpoint protection running in the background is important. It reduces the need to manually worry about device security and helps our IT team manage protection centrally.
