What do you like best about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

Sonix was helpful in transcribing my consumer interviews, and the ability to create video clips in the software of specific sections of the interview to use in my report. This service is cost-effective, and the service was reliable and worked when needed. I think that the transcription was done using AI. What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

The transcription wasn't perfect, but it was good enough. I needed to edit the transcription if I wanted to pull out a consumer quote for the report because there were often some minor mistakes. I wasn't aware of any integrations and never needed to use support or ask for help, so I can't comment on heir service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sonix (sonix.ai) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sonix helped me analyze my consumer interviews with detailed transcripts. I was able to extract consumer quotes from my interviews easily. I usually read the transcription, then highlight the clip I want to export for the video in my reports or share out. It was a quick and easy way to create video clip extracts for my reports.
