I really like that SonicWall SonicSentry MXDR has an easy-to-navigate interface. It doesn't require you to be an engineer to manage the firewall, and security patches and updates are straightforward to install. Additionally, I find the product to be quite reliable and solid. The admin interface allows easy management of the firewall, including the ability to put in block lists, blacklists, and whitelists. It's all very simple and intuitive. These are the standout features for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the endpoint protection could be a little bit better within the network and on the other side of the firewall. Also, the ability to support other hardware platforms, like other Wi-Fi access points, would be great. Having a built-in Wi-Fi manager that's native to SonicWall would be useful, so one firewall can manage Wi-Fi access points as well as serve as a firewall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
