What do you like best about Sonetel?

We primarily use Sonetel via our Yealink IP phones and it works great for that. We did encounter a problem after a system upgrade, which took some time to resolve. But Sonetel support is very responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sonetel?

What problems is Sonetel solving and how is that benefiting you?
