It's great to be able to easily upload contacts and to create text campaigns to target markets. Also liked that we could connect to our existing company phone number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To use an emoji limits your message to barely any characters which is frustrating. Another annoying issue is that there's no "all contacts" option for sending texts. You basically need to add a column in excel just to validate everyone to create a property on Sonar that applies to everyone. Very inefficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
