The bulk upload tool for RFPs requires me to export data into Excel for a lot of manual calculation. I have to pull it out and manipulate quite a bit to factor in profits and billing, especially with complexities like fuel surcharges. It would be more efficient if these calculations were more integrated into SONAR. Additionally, finding data points using airport abbreviations can be tricky for new employees who aren't familiar with them, so making this more user-friendly would help.
