I like how user-friendly and intuitive Solv is. I really enjoy the AI tools that have been incorporated into the platform. The AI-generated review responses make it really easy for us to manage our online reviews and help our brand reputation. We have a pretty clunky integration with our EHR, but that's more on the EHR's side than Solv's fault. I feel like they could have more user permission levels built into the system. There's always room for improvement, but overall, Solv has been really great and they're always willing to hear about any ideas we have and see what they can do to help us grow.
