"Solution Reach Reminders: A Game-Changer with Strong Patient Engagement"

What do you like best about Solutionreach?

My company has been using Solution Reach for more than 20 years, and the reminder platform has truly been a game changer for our office. The automatic reminder messages work very well, and we consistently see strong engagement from patients. We typically have about 85–90% compliance, with patients confirming their appointments through email or text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solutionreach?

The features that do work are wonderful. Unfortunately, our dental software company doesn’t integrate with all of the features Solution Reach has to offer, so we aren’t able to use the recall system or automatic reviews. We tried using the insurance eligibility for a few months. Although we loved it, all of its features didn't work well with our software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solution Reach helps our practice communicate with our patients through a chat app, which frees up our phone lines for patients who are calling into the office. We use it for reminder messages, cancellations and rescheduling, financial obligations, and other routine communication.
