What do you like best about Solutionreach?
I love the texting (text to pay, reviews, paperwork, etc)! It is so easy for my staff and patients! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Solutionreach?
I really dislike that the portal has been disabled. It's frustrating. I also don't love that we cannot customize the auto texts for specific appointment types. For example, it sends paperwork requests to our contact lens recheck patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
