What do you like best about Solitics?

Solitics gives us a clear, real-time view of how customers move through our site and apps. It connects data from all our tools, so we’re finally able to see the full journey without jumping between platforms. The best part is how easy it is to create segments and trigger personalized messages based on actual user behavior — it's made our campaigns way more relevant. What do you dislike about Solitics?

It took us a little while to get used to the interface and figure out how to build some of the more advanced journeys. Would also love to see more flexibility in reporting exports. Not deal breakers, but things that could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Solitics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solitics helps us bring all our customer data together in one place — before, we were struggling to track the full user journey because our data was stuck in different systems (CRM, website, email platform, etc.). Now we can see real-time behavior and understand exactly where users are dropping off or converting.
