Solink has been an excellent cloud security camera system for our business. It gives us convenient remote access to live and recorded footage from anywhere, and the automatic cloud storage keeps our video secure. Since we joined, we haven’t experienced any downtime.

The setup process was straightforward, and their team provided strong support throughout implementation. They also helped us scale across several locations with ease. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for team members who aren’t technically proficient, and the smart alerts help us respond quickly to motion or unusual activity.

We conducted extensive market research before selecting Solink. Not only was it cost-advantageous, but the features were comparable to, or better than, those of other providers—both in current offerings and in future development plans. One drawback of Solink is that many of its security features were initially built with indoor camera use in mind. Since our business operates primarily outdoors, certain functions haven’t felt as well optimized for our environment.
