I really appreciate how well Solid Performers CRM's lead management workflow fits with our digital media marketing routines, without forcing us to adapt to rigid, complicated rules. The flexible contact fields are great; I can add custom tags to mark partners by ad format, audience demographics and survey performance grades. The intuitive layout is a big plus too, my teammates didn’t need lengthy training to start logging communications or attaching survey documents. Last quarter, we negotiated cooperation with a short video publisher, and I quickly attached all CreateSurvey user feedback to their profile. When my colleague took over the follow-up negotiation, he instantly reviewed all audience data without asking me to forward piles of files back and forth. That avoided the miscommunication we encountered before, when we once missed critical negative survey feedback and nearly signed an underperforming advertising deal. I particularly love how straightforward it is to tie survey findings directly to each partner's contact record. The dashboard gives a clear snapshot of active leads, and the whole contact workflow lowers barriers for us to archive campaign materials. Instead of hopping between spreadsheets, cloud drives and survey tools, every media partner’s communication history and research data stays consolidated. This lets our team focus more on analyzing advertising feedback and developing cooperation plans rather than wasting time hunting for scattered information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest pain point is limitations around bulk data importing when we work with survey results from CreateSurvey. Last month, we completed a large-scale user experience questionnaire covering more than 70 media collaborators. I exported the full survey dataset and attempted a one-time import, yet formatting errors triggered partial import failures. Nearly one-third of the survey records failed to load properly, and there was no clear prompt showing which rows were corrupted. I spent almost three hours splitting the spreadsheet and adjusting cell formats repeatedly to finish uploading all audience feedback. I also find the custom reporting module somewhat basic. Every week we hold internal media marketing reviews, hoping to generate integrated reports showing lead progress paired with corresponding survey data. Recently we wanted to filter all potential partners with positive campaign survey results, but the system cannot read data from attached survey summaries. I had to export contact lists and survey files separately and match entries manually, which delayed our weekly meeting agenda. These small but recurring obstacles create consistent extra administrative work. If these functions could be optimized, we would spend far less time troubleshooting data issues.
