What do you dislike about SolarWinds DameWare Remote Support?

I am able to do a lot of the work needed but there are a few areas which need improved. I am not able to go fully away from LogmeIn.com because there is still one thing it does which dameware doesn't. Otherwise its a near perfect product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SolarWinds DameWare Remote Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to see details of an endpoint, and even solve problems without fully connecting to that endpoint. I am able to kill rogue services remotely, sometimes before the user has issues, vastly improving ITSM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
