What do you dislike about SoftSync AI?

A few useful actions are available, but they could be surfaced more prominently so users can discover and access them more easily. I think the UX could use a little improvement in discoverability and navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SoftSync AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

SoftSync is solving an important problem with its agentic-powered CRM approach. I really like having enrichment, email campaigns, AI-powered workflows, and meetings all in one place, instead of relying on multiple fragmented tools.
