What I like most about SoftSync AI is how it brings contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, and reminders together in a single workspace. That setup makes it easy to move from a customer record to the related opportunity and the next action without losing context. The table, pipeline, and reporting views also work well for both day-to-day execution and a broader understanding of the sales process.
The AI Assistant was another standout. I asked it to review the sample pipeline, list the active deals, and calculate the total value. It correctly identified all three deals, calculated INR 7,700,000, and recognized that the Close Date fields were empty instead of confusing them with the separate End Date fields or inventing details. The linked source records and the expandable “What happened” log also made the output easy to verify and trust.
Autopilot provides practical starting points for workflows like unanswered leads, stalled contracts, follow-ups, and enrichment. Overall, SoftSync combines connected CRM records, transparent AI assistance, and useful automation in a workspace that feels flexible while still being easy to understand. The main drawback I noticed is that some screens briefly show empty states while data is still loading, which could be confusing for a new user. I also ran into a currency inconsistency: the same sample deal appeared in INR in the pipeline, but showed up in USD on a related-record card. In addition, forms and certain integration options could be easier to find and discover. Overall, these come across as usability refinements rather than fundamental product limitations.
