The initial learning curve of how to set it up. I have found that many companies did not understand how to set it up. I found that some Softrax consultant were not proficient in their knowledge of Softrax. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOFTRAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

To move revenue recognition management away from excel and into a more secure system that is constantly being updated to changes in revenue recognition. Tracking of Deferred revenue and for billing of renewals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
