I only had to write a very specific prompt, and I was rewarded with a really beautiful app. I was able to make my customizations with the AI Assistant, and also by going into the database and backend, which was very straightforward. Overall, it was easy to use. Plus the support team was very helpful and very fast to help (2 minutes). **What do you dislike about Softr?** I only had to correct certain data that was displayed incorrectly, but that feels normal to me since some human intervention will always be needed so the app reflects what you’ve personalized, rather than something generic. **What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me create a Business Intelligence visualization app. With just a few clicks, I can see the actual status of our business—opportunities, wins and losses, and similar insights—that would have taken several weeks in a tool like PowerBI and months in a tool like Excel! They have all the building blocks needed to make a software ready for usage - database, workflows, interface, AI, vibe code, you name it, they have it. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use for the building process. They're working tirelessly to enable integrations through Softr Workflows + Rest API so that businesses can integrate their current system. With Softr Databases, the performance and speed have improved exponentially. Moreover, the pricing is very competitive considering all the features they offer. One of the best things we love about Softr is the community - both internal and external. After struggling to find other softwares to support building a job board, Softr made it easy to create and integrate our job board into our platform. I appreciate Softr being reliable for us to regularly update our job board with limited problems navigating their site. It's easy to make updates with our Airtable integration and simple to test previews before publishing. Additionally, the support available to me is always timely and continues to be the best customer service I've received comparatively to any other platform / software I've used. **What do you dislike about Softr?** It can be difficult to manage newer versions of app blocks - especially when it requires recreating aspects of blocks that are critical for regular operation of our job board. I wish it was easier to automatically update blocks from pervious versions of the platform rather than starting over. When the blocks have to be recreated to make updates, it’s incredibly difficult to have capacity to make those updates as a small, solo team. I also wish it was easier to see the previous and current changes in the queue before publishing. Sometimes I'll notice there's a "latest" version to publish days after using the platform and often forget what the most recent change was, but there isn't an option to view previous changes anywhere. **What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Softr, I used a blog style format to share job postings on our platform. With Softr, we were able to curate a job board to streamline sharing postings and improve user experience / accessibility for job seekers in our community. The UI is very intutive and it is very easy to get support if you need it using the chat - e.g. there was an issue with a dropdown on my contact form and I reached out and it was fixed within 10 minutes. It's also handy that you can have database in the software rather than having to link out, but still useful that you can link to other database software. **What do you dislike about Softr?** It can sometimes be a little bit restrictive, e.g. you can't control the text size exactly, custom CSS is only available on paid plans, you can't control the image size/dimensions of the cover media for databases. And sometimes with databases lookup fields don't work if oyu try to include them in an app which is annoying. Also if you have filters for your databases in the app, you can't control the size of the dropdown so sometimes words go over multiple lines which doesn't look very professional. **What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping me build clean, interactive databases/apps e.g. our funding navigator. This was previously a downloadable excel which was very clunky, did not have a good user experience and was not really filterable. Through softr Icould very quickly and easily import all of the data, do multi-select options, have a really nice UX with clickable icons, and also be able to gather more analytics e.g. how many people are using the tool and what parts are they most interested in. this will increase utility and the number of people using the tool. ## Softr Discussions -
