It's easy and intuitive to use and looks great. When I have a problem the support staff are able to resolve my issues relatively quickly. I love how Softr easily connects to the many different apps I use, including Airtable and Fillout for forms. I also LOVE how they lowered the price because it's expensive running a business. I like the AI features but I don't really use them because I have a lot of moving parts on my pages and I need to be able to precisely control thing, which Softr gives me the option to do which I like. I have also been impressed with reliability, I've been building for almost a year and have had no issues with reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that has bothered me is that I've been building a site over this past year and the blocks have been updating without notice and they have been replacing blocks rather than just adding and the blocks they had in the past were more useful than the ones they've replaced them with. I have had to try pray I didn't delete old blocks in my project to be able to duplicate them across pages because the new blocks don't work for what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
