What do you like best about SOFTLOFT?

They provided a skilled team including a Business Analyst, four Magento developers, and two testers, integrated quickly, and enhanced our existing eCommerce platform with solid customizations. Their deliverables were outstanding despite replacing another team and working under pressure. Communication was good, timelines were met, and the output elevated our user experience. What do you dislike about SOFTLOFT?

The main drawback noted was cost since we replaced a previous vendor, their rates were higher than what we were used to. Some of the more complex customization work required more back-and-forth to ensure alignment on details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SOFTLOFT:

Expect higher cost but also higher quality; ensure you clearly define what customizations you need; allow extra time for alignment when replacing teams; maintain strong communication especially on complex features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOFTLOFT solving and how is that benefiting you?

They solved the problem of underperforming prior work; by bringing in more capable people, the platform improvements were more robust, bugs were reduced, speed improved, user experience elevated, and overall stability increased.
