What do you like best about SoftDent?

The breadth of the program is all encompassing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SoftDent?

Email integration is not so simple and custom reports are difficult to configure. I also don’t like that for 25 years I have had to look at 4 complete strangers when I logon. I would like to be able to upload my own image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SoftDent solving and how is that benefiting you?

I send insurance claims electronically with seamless ease and I do billing and A/R easily also. I also run recall reports and many others. Softdent managed my entire dental practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
