"Socrates Review"
What do you like best about Socrates?
Now that live scheduling is available in Socrates we are able to track agents and if they are logged in, late, unscheduled or not scheduled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Socrates?
Some programs do not sync with Socrates. Another disadvantage is Socrates is not always live. It updates every 30 minutes on specific times. You do have to refresh often as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
