I enjoy being able to customize floorplans of the virtual office space and use it as a real office with rooms that serve different purposes. Online status, notification, and meeting tools help make the workday have a more personal feel. **What do you dislike about Sococo?** The least helpful thing about Sococo is that guests sometimes have difficulty accessing the platform and are typically not familiar with using it. The zoom-integration feature does allow guests to feel more comfortable. We always get great feedback from our agents and customers who use Sococo for our virtual meetings. **What do you dislike about Sococo?** There was one occasion where the software was not stable and we had some challenges, but that was a few years ago. **What problems is Sococo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improve collaboration, communication and allow us to work with our agents and customers much more closely and in a more creative way. I was able to easily meet and hang out with teammates while having that office feel to it. We had a lot of fun being able to set up different rooms for different teams. **What do you dislike about Sococo?** When we were using Sococo, we ran into several technical issues and bugs. There would be times where audio or visual would not work. Sometimes the screen share would not work properly. Hopefully they have taken some time to improve those capabilities. **What problems is Sococo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used sococo to be able to meet virtually with teams while coworkers were located throughout the world. Its cost is quite affordable compared to many other alternatives, its availability is excellent as it has versions available for Android, Windows, iPhone, Mac, among others which is really convenient to access the platform from any device.
