What do you like best about SocialToaster?

Amazing platform which enables any organization to build an ambassador program to share your mission, programs with their networks and even get incentives. It's pretty affordable and worth the cost of about $4k as it spreads awareness for your brand. You leave the heavy uplift work to your ambassadors who do most of the work for you and increase your audience followers, donors. They are a community of active advocates for your mission. You are able to target individuals you are trying to gain interest in. They offer video and photo sharing, surveys, reporting, forums. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialToaster?

It's about $9000 a year to build the program with incentives for ambassadors but it is still worth the cost. The platform does not allow users to preview what's sent to their networks. I guess they are trying to make it easy for users to post however doesn't make sense. Why wouldn't they be able to customize with their own language especially geared towards their networks. What problems is SocialToaster solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to have brand ambassadors who are able to do the main work for us and reach out to their networks and spread word about our mission, programs. It's difficult to do this on our own and it's important to increase donor, audience base. We are able to engage different audiences on all social media channels.
