SocialCoach has provided the most value in how easy it is to video-enable our Campaigns and Journeys through Total Expert. What used to be a 3-day process now takes our loan officers minutes (and minimal clicks) to complete. In real-time, their automations become more personalized at scale.

Additionally, we love the centralized review management system. Our loan officers can now track, respond to, and share their reviews on social media - all in one place. Plus, if they're not sure what to say, the AI response generator makes it easy for them to have a polished response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
