What do you like best about Social Intents?

We tested over a dozen AI chatbots for our BigCommerce site www.lekkerhome.com, and Social Intents outperformed every one at a fraction of the price.

The setup was very easy and the widgets allowed us to manage our look and feel in a highly on-brand way. The AI indexed our entire site along with dozens of technical specification documents and product catalogs. Having an authentic voice that didn't sound like a "robot" was very important to us. The AI barely needed any training to get the voice right, seamlessly shifting between our B2C retail customers and B2B commercial accounts. The answers are so fast and accurate that most of our shoppers assume they’re talking to a "human" rather than a bot.

The Slack integration is what really makes it work for us. We already use Slack for all our internal communications. Our team doesn't have to keep a dedicated browser tab open all day just to watch for incoming chats. Everything streams directly into Slack, giving our entire team visibility. If a customer needs human assistance, any of our staff members can jump into the live thread.

On top of the product itself, their support team is fantastic. They were right there to help during setup, answer questions fast, and actually listen to feature feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Intents?

Their product really does almost everything we need it to do. The only gap we’ve noticed, compared with some of their much more expensive competitors, is the ability to have the response comparison-shop using product images side by side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Social Intents solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sell thousands of products with thousands of variants. It handles complex, technical product inquiries automatically with little to no human intervention. It cut our response times to zero, saved our staff from managing a separate chat dashboard, and gives our B2C and B2B customers instant technical answers when they need them. Of course, it also allows us to service customers outside of our normal business hours 24/7. It also provides us a chat transcript which allows our team to follow up on questions or leads and helps us know what information is missing from our site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
