A feature I really like is the qualification stage. Social Bloom does not treat every positive response as a valuable lead. Prospects are evaluated against the agreed ICP and qualification criteria before being passed into the sales process. Its current service definition describes an SQL as a scheduled meeting with a prospect who matches the approved ICP and has agreed to the sales conversation. That distinction matters because having hundreds of contacts is not the same thing as having genuine sales opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quality of the outcome still depends on how accurately the ICP and qualification criteria are defined. If those criteria are too broad, the campaign can still attract opportunities that are not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
