"Efficient and Easy - LOVE SOCi for social media scheduling+marketing!"

What do you like best about SOCi?

The efficiency has to be my favorite part. I currently manage regular social media posting for 58+ animal hospitals, and you can imagine how tedious a process that can be. SOCi enables me to schedule posts for all hospitals at one time, and do so easily. There is also the option of creating "groups", which is great because I have some hospitals with more specific requests/needs. I can and have divided my hospitals into groups and schedule posts efficiently based on the group type. The dynamic text is also an AWESOME feature, enabling me to create otherwise unique posts specific to the hospital while mass posting! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I do find the removal of "notifications" tedious. If there was a large platform error (say FB had a weird hiccup and none of the posts were pushed through) there's currently no way to mass remove the alerts - you have to go one by one, and that's just not efficient (especially for 58+ hospitals). What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

-Saving time scheduling posts so I can focus on other job tasks

-Empowering clients at individual hospitals to use the platform to schedule in-house content, something I just can't do because I'm not there

-Empowering clients at individual hospitals to take advantage of the "handle comments, messages, reviews, etc." from one location. Forget about logging into each social media platform one by one to address notifications, they can do it right from SOCi, and that's a HUGE time saver for them!
