What I like best about SOCi is the ability to manage local marketing at scale without losing visibility into what’s happening at the individual store level. We can publish content across multiple location pages, manage reviews and listings, monitor store engagement, track local search rankings against competitors, and bring everything together through custom dashboards and reporting.
It gives our team one place to manage a lot of moving pieces while still providing transparent, measurable results. Having used SOCi at two different companies over roughly six years, that combination of efficiency and visibility has consistently been the biggest value for me. The biggest challenge lately has been some turnover among the SOCi team. Building strong relationships with account and support teams is important, especially when you’re managing a large number of locations, so changes in contacts can create some disruption and require rebuilding context.
That said, the platform itself continues to provide a lot of value, and we’ve generally been able to work through those transitions successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
