"Sneek Makes Remote Collaboration Feel Natural and Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sneek?

What I like most about Sneek is how it creates a natural sense of presence for a remote team without making collaboration feel intrusive. Our CargoX team includes developers, operations staff, and project managers working on different parts of the platform, and Sneek makes it easy to see who is available for a quick discussion instead of scheduling unnecessary meetings. The interface is simple and lightweight, so it doesn't interrupt the workday, while features like instant video calls and screen sharing help resolve technical questions much faster. It integrates well with the tools we already use, improves communication across distributed teams, and has reduced the time spent waiting for responses. Overall, it has increased collaboration while providing excellent value compared to the productivity gains we've seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sneek?

Although Sneek is easy to use, there are a few areas where it could improve. Performance can occasionally be affected when network connectivity is unstable, causing profile updates or video sessions to lag slightly. The customization options for team visibility and notifications are also somewhat limited, making it harder to tailor the experience for larger organizations with multiple departments. We'd also appreciate deeper integrations with project management and issue-tracking platforms so conversations can be connected more directly to ongoing work. While onboarding is straightforward, providing more advanced administrative controls and reporting would make the platform even more valuable for growing teams.
