What do you like best about SnapShop?

One-stop solution to provide visibility on in-store operations. With this, it is now easy to share photos for reporting anything critical in the store. With this Managers/ Supervisors don't have to go to every part of the store to provide their feedback, they can easily provide feedback on photos shared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapShop?

They don't have any major flaws apart from the stodgy User Interface. Regardless of the UI, the business operations were not disrupted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SnapShop solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a single platform to share photos, there was seamless communication between Store Workers and Store Managers, where Store workers would share the photos of a particular incident and the Manager can provide feedback on the same. With this Manager saves time by solving multiple incidents in a shorter time.

Also, with this tool, there was easy track of every incident raised in a store for future analysis purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
