I really love Snappic's customer service, it's honestly a game-changer for me. I've tried other software, but Snappic's support is top-notch. Plus, the software itself is very easy to program and keeps improving with updates. I enjoy the cloud-based features that allow us to make changes in the office and immediately push them to our photo booths. The filters and editing tools make our photos look studio-grade, which is a massive upgrade compared to others like Photomaster. I kinda wish that some of the AI features didn't require a higher license because there's a significant price jump between entry-level and mid-tier licenses. It makes it hard where I live since we don't do a lot of video and stuff like that. The features like AI touch-up would be great if they were available on the lower license. As a business owner, I wish we didn't have to pay as much to access certain features, but I understand the costs involved, especially with AI development.
