"Snappic’s Reliable Live Event Platform with Outstanding Live Chat Support"

What do you like best about Snappic?

We absolutely love Snappic! One of our favorite features is their live chat support. It’s so reassuring knowing that if we ever have a question or need help, we can quickly get in touch with someone.

The platform has also been extremely reliable for us. We use Snappic for live events, so having software that runs smoothly without major issues is incredibly important. It gives us peace of mind knowing we can focus on our guests and the event instead of worrying about technical problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Snappic?

One thing we dislike is how GIFs are handled. In order for a GIF session to save as both a still photo and a GIF, the photo has to be printed. We would love the option to automatically save both versions without requiring a print.

Another area we feel could be improved is the print quality. We’ve noticed that the quality of the printed photos isn’t always as sharp or consistent as we would like, especially compared to the quality of the digital images. It works well with our DNP RX-1 but not our DNP 620-A. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Snappic solving and how is that benefiting you?

The 360 has had several go pro connection issues and it has helped us troubleshoot. They also give us recommendations. Since we work live events, we need software we can trust, and we rarely experience major issues with Snappic.
