Snagit has dramatically transformed the way I work. Beyond being amazing for explanations and tutorials, it’s incredibly intuitive and useful for even the smallest everyday tasks. I use it constantly to capture screenshots, annotate, highlight, and crop information instead of having to remember details or go back and search through files. The amount of time and effort it saves is hard to put into words. An absolute pleasure to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My biggest frustration is how Snagit manages saved captures. Images in the bottom capture tray seem to disappear over time, and captures don’t always get saved properly to my designated folder. I haven’t explored the settings in depth, so this might be something I can fix, but losing a screenshot I want to find a year later is incredibly frustrating. Personally, I’d much rather have all my captures permanently stored on my computer, even if it means using more disk space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
