I love the ease of use with Snagit. Easy to quickly snap a picture or record my screen for efficient training. The performance of the app is always quick. While I don't use any integrations, I find a lot of value in being able to mark up a screenshot with exact comments, directions, and other items (like highlighting) to make a point. Onboarding was a breeze, too! Super easy to set up and get going. We use Snagit at my company a lot and have found it to be a great resource with excellent ROI for the price.
