I find Snagit easy to use, and I appreciate that it saves all of my previous work. I also like how it aligns against all platforms. Setting it up was very easy, taking minutes instead of hours. I've used it for 5 years, and my team loves it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it opens in video mode by default, and I generally use photos more often. It would be nice if it were easier to control the default opening mode, though it may already exist and I just haven't found it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
