What do you like best about snaatch?

What I liked best was the combination of user-friendliness and functionality. In particular, the ability to create individual public links for various documents that remain permanently valid proved extremely practical in daily use. This allowed us to update content at any time without having to send out new links—a major advantage for collaborating with the press, volunteers, and internal teams. Additionally, the ability to edit metadata directly within the tool significantly streamlined our workflows and saved us a great deal of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about snaatch?

The full implementation of the app, along with optimisation for mobile devices, will further enhance the tool’s user-friendliness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is snaatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU Games rank among the world’s largest multi-sport events. For our media services team, it was therefore essential to have a powerful and user-friendly tool for managing image and document data—both from the perspective of users and content providers.

In preparation, we set up several portals to meet the diverse needs of around 40 departments. Through these platforms, we were able to share information and visual material specifically with various groups such as technical officials, volunteers, delegations, internal staff, media representatives, and stakeholders.

During the 14-day event, our team of 23 photographers was able to produce, upload, and share approximately 35,000 high-quality images in real time with the social media team, press, and other relevant parties.

The database was utilised for both internal (intranet) and external (extranet) purposes, significantly contributing to a smooth and efficient exchange of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
