What do you like best about SMSCountry?

This text messaging service is an all-in-one platform that lets you manage, create, and run your SMS campaigns from one place. And the best part? I don't even have to spend time managing the campaigns because they do all that for me with the help of their account managers. This has allowed me to focus on other important aspects of my business without having to worry a speck about launching and managing my campaigns.

The service is super-reliable, and their support team is just so generous and attentive, plus they have a usage-based pricing option w no commitments. I just top-up my credits when I need to – it’s that simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SMSCountry?

The platform interface needs some work as it's a little confusing, but I believe they are reworking the UX and UI so that won't be a problem anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SMSCountry solving and how is that benefiting you?

I recently started a new business & the first thing I wanted to do was text message marketing to my clients. I was looking for a service that had features for small & medium businesses to run campaigns- automation, APIs, stats, integration and usage-based pricing were some of the things I was looking for.

I tried a few of them but wasn’t satisfied. So I was stuck using a few different ones to get the job done. I almost gave up until I found SMSCountry. And, my experience with them has been really great and solid. SMS deliverability is excellent. Plus the platform has all the neat features to run campaigns.
