What do you like best about SMS|Host?

SMS host is user friendly. The system offers a video that you can watch and learn how to use the product before going live online. It is very useful when we have a new employee and no time to train them. We can just put the video on for them and leave them be for the day to learn how to use the program. What do you dislike about SMS|Host?

There is not much I dislike about this program. There are so many features on it and it is easy to use. If the program ever glitches there is always someone on call around the clock to help us troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
